Correlations between disease course and endolymphatic hydrops and between endolymphatic hydrops and Meniere’s disease stage. Endolymphatic hydrops in vestibule cochlea, and cochlear apex were significantly correlated with the course of cochlear symptoms (A, B, and C) (p < 0.01, 0.01, and 0.05) and the disease stage (D, E, and F) (p < 0.01, 0.01, and 0.01) (Spearman’s rho test).
