The authors regret an error in Figure 8 of the published article. Specifically, in Figure 8a, the image representing the NC-siRNA group was mistakenly used with an image from the control group, captured from a different angle. This error occurred during figure assembly, as multiple images from each well were captured at various angles to ensure optimal selection. Unfortunately, this led to the unintentional misplacement of the NC-siRNA image.

Figure 8 has now been corrected by replacing the NC-siRNA image with the appropriate one from the correct experimental well. The authors confirm that this correction does not impact the overall results and conclusions of the study.

VSIG-3/IGSF11 silencing decreased the colony formation ability of A2058 cells. Colony formation assay revealed that following VSIG-3/IGSF11 siRNA transfection, the number of cell colonies was significantly reduced in A2058 cells.
